Broccoli with Spicy Balsamic
serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 t balsamic vinegar
- 2 t red wine vinegar
- 1 cl garlic, minced
- 1/2 t red pepper flakes
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 12 ea Kalamata olives, halved
- 2 C broccoli florets, cooked
Instructions
- Whisk together all but the olives and broccoli, then toss with the broccoli and olives.
- Plate and serve.
